This event is for you if you are over the age of 18 wishing to become kinder to yourself and wanting

  • to truly nourish and care for yourself,

  • to enhance compassion for not only yourself but also others.

  • to practice self-compassion in daily life

  • to motivate yourself with kindness rather than criticism

  • to handle difficult emotions with greater ease

  • to transform challenging relationships, old and new

  • to manage caregiver fatigue

  • to practice the art of savoring and self-appreciation
